Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (e.g. 3–7 business days or more).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use major couriers (e.g. UPS, FedEx, freight carriers) depending on product size, weight, and destination.
  • Smaller items may ship via parcel (UPS Ground / FedEx Ground), while large doors, industrial equipment, or freight items may ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, product dimensions, weight, and shipping method.

3. Shipping Time Estimates

* These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

4. Freight / LTL Deliveries

  • If your order ships via freight/LTL, a representative will contact you to schedule delivery.
  • You (the customer) are responsible for verifying accessibility (e.g. loading docks, forklift, clear pathways) at the delivery site.
  • Additional charges may apply for “inside delivery,” residential delivery, or lift-gate service.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (contiguous 48 states).
  • If your address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for oversized or freight shipments.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking info to become active in the carrier’s system.
